We stand behind our work. We guarantee our buildings to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 6 years. In addition to the workmanship warranty, our metal roofing has a 10-year warranty. LP SmartSide has a 5/50-year warranty against decay and termites. Paint and Urethane has a 10-year warranty against fading, peeling, or flaking.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the purchase of Goods.
Our liability for any claim will not exceed the price paid for the Goods purchased.
